🎉 Tuesday marked the end of the CCAM--ERAS project! PAVE Europe was proud to lead the final Community Meeting of the project, bringing together partners, policymakers, industry representatives, researchers and education stakeholders to reflect on a shared question: how can Europe ensure a fair, inclusive and future-ready workforce transition for CCAM? The morning provided an opportunity to validate the project's key findings on skills, labour markets and workforce readiness, and discuss policy recommendations aimed at supporting a just transition towards automated mobility. The community also came together to co-create practical pathways for the future. Through collaborative workshops, participants tackled critical challenges around: ✅ Anticipating future skills needs and aligning education systems ✅ Upskilling, reskilling and inclusion across Europe's workforce ✅ Building the ecosystems, partnerships and governance structures needed to support the transition The discussions reinforced the message that the future of automated mobility is about people, skills and ensuring that no one is left behind.
