And that's a wrap on three days of Automated Mobility in Practice in Hamburg! 🚗🎉 Day 3 took us into the field with a visit to MOIA, Hamburger Hochbahn AG and HOLON AV hub. Participants were able to get a better understanding of strategies for implementing AVs, control systems and the infrastructure needed to make autonomous mobility services possible. A huge thank you to Mauricio Zavaleta, Ulrike Ulsamer, Lena Jelinski, Farid Daher for facilitating such an insightful visit. Over the three days, our participants moved from understanding the state of automated mobility in Europe, to grappling with the real barriers to deployment, to seeing it all in action. We'd like to thank all of our speakers, who brought their expertise and real-world experience to every session, and our partners IMO-HSG | Institute for Mobility and Beta Mobility. Exchanges like this are important as we look to deploy AVs in Europe. Automated mobility isn't just a technology question - it's a question of governance, trust and public value, and the decisions being made in cities right now will shape how it unfolds for everyone. Bringing senior public-sector professionals together to learn directly from operators, experts and each other is exactly the kind of education this moment calls for.
