🌟 Despite Typhoon Ragasa’s delay, HKU Innovation Week 2025 reconvened with even greater momentum—celebrating a remarkable journey of transformation. 🚀 Since launching the Techno-Entrepreneurship Core and the Entrepreneurship Engine Fund just two years ago, HKU has powered over 200 new ventures, raised HK$1 billion, and engaged 14,000+ participants through 150+ innovation activities annually. 💡 From pioneering AIDS treatment now in Phase II trials 🧬 to full-scale production spin-offs in Qianhai 🏭, our community is turning bold ideas into global solutions. 🌍 🙏 From the bottom of my heart, I want to express my deepest thanks to my supportive supervisors, hardworking colleagues, dedicated stakeholders, valued partners, and encouraging friends. Your unwavering support has meant the world to me. Seeing the historic Loke Yew Hall filled with innovators and entrepreneurs truly moved me. ❤️ We started with just a 5-person team two years ago, and today, the new vibe is unmistakable. This progress wouldn’t have been possible without the incredible alliance of TEC working group members across the University and our generous alumni community. 🙌 This year’s theme, “Dreams Unbounded,” is more than a slogan—it’s a reflection of HKU’s growing role as a global innovation hub.
