With great pleasure, I announce my retirement from full-time work. While I will continue to support some of my clients with the same level of success as in the past, it feels wonderful to have reached this stage in life. It has been quite the journey, filled with many great stories, successes, and a few failures. As we learn with age, I have no regrets. Having placed over 11,000 people in my career has truly been an honor. Looking forward to more free time to continue to support the City of Tempe, Tempe Police Department, and the Tempe Chamber of Commerce. And most importantly, my beautiful Granddaughter. A huge thank you to some of the best people I have worked with: Ryan Weinberger - Best Manager EVER, Great Family Man. Ryan Kupec - Brilliant Mind, Great Family Man and National Guard active duty (Thanks for your service.) Spencer D. - More fun than any other colleague, hands down, (love ya like a brother, see you in Florida in Oct.) (Death is Not an Option!) Whitney White, SHRM-CP - Who tapped into my knowledge and applied it to her daily work. Thanks for bartending at my parties and my son's wedding (as well as future ones). Mohamed Saleh, Ph.D. – The best person I recruited, smartest, most brilliant man I encountered in my career, and a wonderful person and family man. Susan Peterson - customer turned colleague, thank you for all the years of working together, the pleasure has been mine. Sean Holland - White Board Meetings, Raul, the Cadillac in the Parking Lot, slot 420, way too much fun making the best of the situation! Rickard Hedeby - Best Mentor Ever, great leader and manager, taught me the one of the key elements of business, when to walk away. Mark Brooks, SPHR, Mark McLoud, Chris Silva, Best working year’s gents, still consider this to be the best job in my career. Thank you.
