Some projects deliver results. Others deliver smiles you never forget. 💛 Last week, I had the chance to volunteer at a Children’s Day Picnic in Kazimierza Wielka for 120 children. With 20 amazing volunteers, we filled the day with simple joys: 🎨 painting, 🎭 face painting, 🎈 balloons, 🌱 planting, 🎲 games What was a work-related bonus? I connected with colleagues I don’t usually collaborate with – and now I know I have 20 more “go‑to people” when it matters. 💛 It also reinforced something I strongly believe in: 👉 I hope initiatives like this become the standard – where giving back is a natural part of every large organization, not an exception.
