As lock down hit the UK I spotted a very inspiring post from someone coming out the other side of lock down in China. It was a young man I met once in 2006, when I was covering Sheffield Mayfest. At that time Michael Koltes was the fronting his own band, Hypo Psycho, performing what has been categorized as ‘Ska-Punk’ music. Since then Michael has gone on to work in the film industry as an Actor, Director, Writer and Voice Over Artist who has a long and impressive number of Films, TV series and documentaries to his name. I guess it just goes to show you never know where your career will end up when you set out but if you have talent and determination you can be successful in your chosen field.
