Championing conversations that inspire: Attracting global conferences to Halifax and speaking worldwide about how events can drive sustainability, legacy, and impact. My daughters are watching, so the work has to matter.

Some places deserve more than a visit. They deserve your silence. Pier 21 is one of them. I spent time there this week, walking through the stories that built this country. The kists packed with rocks and pots and pieces of home. The unfiltered truth of the second exhibit. The faces of those who fought to belong. And then you turn a corner and see people like Harnarayan Singh. A reminder that the story never ended at arrival. It kept evolving. To bring delegates here is to offer perspective. Humility. Reverence. A sense of who we are because of who came before us. I wrote about it in this edition of the Delegate Diary. And honestly this one hit different.
