Celebrating My Promotion & Championing Women in Leadership I’m thrilled to share that Lifetime and David Smith have offered me a great opportunity not only to continue leading our wonderful Care & Early Years sectors but also to lead our Management & Professional Services, I.T. and Data sectors! This is an exciting new chapter, and I’m eager to drive growth, innovation, and customer excellence alongside an incredible team. Even more meaningful is that this milestone coincides with International Women’s Day—a powerful reminder of the importance of representation and leadership. In line with this, I’m also pleased to announce the launch our new 'Women in Leadership' programme, dedicated to empowering and supporting women who are in or are stepping into leadership roles, and shaping the future. Progress isn’t just about personal achievements—it’s about opportunities for others and supporting Creating Tomorrow's Workforce. Here’s to lifting as we climb, breaking down barriers, opening new doors and making leadership more inclusive for all.
