Financial Advisor for NPs & PAs | Fiduciary Guidance on Retirement Accounts, Job Transitions, and Income Protection

I’m happy to share that I finally broke through 240 Pounds!! In December 2020 I was roughly 285 lbs. I struggled my whole life with body image, self-confidence, weight loss, etc. From December to March I followed #ketodiet and 30 pounds disappeared as fast as Usain Bolt runs the 100 Meters. 💪 Then I switched back to a regular diet and had my ups and downs, but the last 10 pounds were a battle! I remind myself: ✨Extraordinary Results require Extraordinary Effort ✨ I hate clichés, but getting healthy is a mindset shift just like being wealthy, being an entrepreneur, paying off debt, whatever goal you have in life. Here are somethings to consider when making a plan: ✅ What is my goal? Why am I doing this? Your why must be good enough to keep you motivated. ✅ How bad do I want it? What is the benefit? ✅ Is this decision getting me closer to my goal? Say no if you have to. Ex) Will having that extra drink at the bar help me lose weight? ✅Stay disciplined and follow the plan, adjust accordingly. ✅ Accountability - seek out an advisor, coach, friend, significant other - someone that can push you or join you (Morgan VanSciver 😉) To lose the stubborn weight I had to reform my plan and committed myself to: 💪remember I’m doing this for my future kids 💪 hitting the gym 4x a week 💪 eating more vegetables and protein 💪 drink less alcohol #PlanningWithPat #GUP #entrepreneur #weightloss #success #motivation #mindset #wealthmindset Pat 🐼 Tang
