I've been a bull locked in a gate — furious, ready to charge, just waiting for the moment to face real problems. That's me. 🐂 ♉ 🌋 Every new piece of Business Analysis I discover is a collection of all my frustrations from years in sales. Frustrations... Are ideas 💡 As a salesperson, I was always aware of broken processes. I knew how to fix them. I had the ideas. But my power always stopped there. Nobody listened. They said I didn't understand the business well enough... 🛘 Yet — who understands a broken system better than the person using it every day? The person collecting feedback from dozens of customers forced to go through those same broken processes? Experienced 🤨 They themselves follow this logic in business and look for employees with "experience". 🧐 BA is the place where finally — there is time, space, and a real need to bring those ideas to life. 💡 🧬 I didn't realize how much I already know... How naturally process mapping comes to me. 🗺️🌐 But I'm not satisfied yet. Every diagram shows me how much more there is to improve. I want to see more. Do more. Learn more.
