What if we use the opportunity of #CoronaVirus to #redesignItaly? I would like to share my thinking about it: #agile Could we say the #waterfall era is behind us and we are starting to implement #agile? From the last 10 days almost all the IT and consulting world of Italy is doing smart working. We can say we are implementing a big principle of #Agile: #adapting to #change and #uncertainty in #short #time #communication Why do we need to talk always using #opinion, instead of having an healthy and balanced communication made with #facts and #data and then faith? Communication not true and marketing of fake news were leading us to panic and fears. #rejection All the Italians felt a big sense of rejection from the other countries in the world. What about making a plan to increase the investment of other countries in Italy and increase the KPI of #diversity ? #business How will be the business during and after that? The economy of Italy is having a big shaking, we need people at all levels much more responsible of the work they do, the decisions they take and the leadership they have.
