“𝗧𝗵𝗲 𝗱𝗮𝘆𝘀 𝗮𝗿𝗲 𝗹𝗼𝗻𝗴, 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝘆𝗲𝗮𝗿𝘀 𝗮𝗿𝗲 𝘀𝗵𝗼𝗿𝘁.” A quote that’s been on my mind lately — and it couldn’t be more fitting. Over a year ago, I stepped into a leadership role at SAP. The start? Bumpy. Full of challenges I thought I was prepared for — but reality had its own plans. Suddenly, I had direct reports and the responsibility to build a Sales Development Team across 7+ countries in Europe. And guess what? It worked. I’m deeply grateful to have found people who believed in our vision and helped us succeed. Huge props to my former S/4HANA Public Cloud SDE Team and Management!
