I’m happy to share that I’m starting a new position as Deputy Chief People Officer at Kingston and Richmond NHS Foundation Trust! I have thoroughly enjoyed my time as People and Culture Director at NHS North West London ICB, and I want to express my heartfelt gratitude to all my incredible colleagues for your support, collaboration, and inspiration along the way. It has been a privilege to work alongside such dedicated professionals, and I will always cherish the experiences and relationships built during my time at the ICB. I’m now excited to share that I am starting a fantastic new role as Deputy Chief People Officer at Kingston and Richmond NHS Foundation Trust. I am very much looking forward to working with Rachel Stanfield and the wider team to drive culture change and inclusive leadership across the newly merged Trust. I can’t wait to embark on this next chapter and continue making a positive impact in shaping an inclusive and people-centered NHS.
