Have you applied to 100 jobs with no luck? With 90 applications being met with... nothing? WHY ARE YOU BEING GHOSTED?? Assuming you actually meet the requirements of the role, the next best thing we recommend (after seeing HUNDREDS OF APPLICATIONS, is to show your CV to a trusted individual. What information sticks out to them within the first 10 seconds? Does your personal statement make the recruiter have a glimmer of hope they've found the right person? Is your layout easy to scan or is it a maze of text? Is your most important information on page one? Is your education and experience in reverse chronological order? (most recent first) Sometimes a fresh pair of eyes spots what you miss. The more trusted people you show, the better your data, the better you can edit your CV.
