We are proud to share that Particip GmbH has been awarded the EU contract “ESPRE Facility – Expert Support Platform for Resilience.” Particip will lead a consortium of prominent organisations - DCAF - Geneva Centre for Security Sector Governance, ECDPM 🌍, International Crisis Group, Search for Common Ground, Conciliation Resources, and the European Institute of Peace - in implementing this important initiative. This service contract is managed by DG INTPA Unit G5 ‘Resilience, Peace and Security’ starting in October 2025 for a duration of 4 years. ESPRE will provide support to increase the Commission’s capacity to strengthen resilience and better link humanitarian, development and peace actions (HDP nexus approach) in a conflict-sensitive way in fragile and conflict-affected countries, and in partner countries affected by a sudden shock. It will enable the EU to rapidly mobilise specialised expertise in the thematic areas of resilience, peace, and security.
