Evaluation Report: Institutional Cooperation in Asia - Ministry of Foreign Affairs Finland The Department for Asia and Oceania commissioned an external evaluation of its support to the Institutional Cooperation (ICI) in Central Asia (Uzbekistan, Tajikistan, Kyrgyzstan), Vietnam, Nepal and Indonesia. The evaluation covered twelve Institutional Cooperation projects implemented by the Finnish Meteorological Institute (FMI), the Geological Survey of Finland (GTK), the Finnish Environment Institute (SYKE), and the Natural Resource Institute Finland (LUKE) with their local partner institutions. Our colleague Anu Nieminen evaluated two of these projects and visited Vietnam to interview stakeholders from the hydrometeorological, water research, and forestry sectors.
