Property managers don't get paid to drive. But for many, the car is where a meaningful chunk of the week goes. A plumber needs to get in tomorrow. The electrician is arriving Thursday at 8am, and there's a delivery coming through this afternoon. Each can mean a drive out to the building with a fob in hand, or being there in person to open the door. With Parqio, all of that happens from the office. Open the admin panel, give the contractor access for the time window they need, and they can open the gate themselves. Nobody has to be at the building to hand anything over. Bjerke Eiendom in Oslo runs Parqio across four of their buildings. Bjørn Gunnar Westmann, who handles operations, has talked about how that changed his day.
