At Parloa, our meeting rooms are named after innovators who changed the world – many of them are women who broke barriers in science, technology, and beyond. It's a daily reminder of brilliance that persisted – even when systems didn't make room for it. Yesterday, we took that spirit and hosted "From Awareness to Action: Building Systems Where Women Thrive" for International Women's Day. It was an evening of honest conversations about the invisible cost of adaptation and what it actually takes to build environments where everyone can grow, lead, and thrive. Tatjana Schumacher (founder of HyDiver) and Dr. Gero Decker (founder of Signavio) shared powerful keynotes on why “holding back” is often not a lack of confidence, but a highly intelligent adaptation to complex systems and expectations, and why diversity is not only a value-driven choice, but also a strategic one. A huge thank you to everyone who joined. Gatherings like this remind us that awareness is the starting point, but action is what counts 🧡 #Parloa #WomenOfParloa #InternationalWomensDay
