“We need our elected MPs to represent our views to help bring about change and I felt they genuinely listened.” Ahead of World Parkinson’s Day, Jonathan, and other members of the community, spoke to MPs at our briefing in Parliament. “Still being relatively newly diagnosed, meeting MPs and peers has been the highlight of my Parkinson's journey so far!” Parliamentarians from across all 4 nations joined us to talk to our community and hear all about how living with Parkinson’s impacts their lives, what MPs can do to support their constituents, and to hear more about our campaigns.
