The third building in our Earth month spotlight is: 155 East 34th Street, a 330-unit white brick condo managed by Maxwell-Kates, Inc. For management companies like Maxwell-Kates, who have hundreds and hundreds of properties, the dilemma becomes: is it more cost effective to invest in new sustainability initiatives, or just pay the fines?
