An early glimpse of The Geneva, a rare super-prime residential development in the heart of #Washington, D.C. Developed by Post Brothers with architecture from Handel Architects, this historic project converts two mid-century commercial towers into high-end homes at the nexus of Kalorama, Dupont Circle, and Adams Morgan. Paris Forino was appointed to shape the interior experience from the arrival sequence through to the resident amenities, including oversized gyms, an indoor pool, a rooftop pool, and a "snow sauna." As an early preview from the upcoming design lookbook, the space pairs classical scale with a warm minimalist, nature-inspired palette to ground the grand architecture.
