From early phase strategy to advanced model-informed approaches, PAGE 2026 sparked important conversations about the future of drug development. Thank you to everyone who joined our workshop exploring how clinical pharmacology and pharmacometrics can work together to support more efficient early phase drug development. Through real-world case studies, we discussed practical approaches to first-in-human design, integrated development strategies and model-informed applications for FDA Project Optimus. It was great connecting with colleagues across the clinical pharmacology and pharmacometrics community, sharing insights through our poster presentation and discussing the opportunities and challenges shaping the next generation of drug development.
