Tasheka Allwood has built a well-rounded career at Paragon Security, gaining experience across administration, operations, and training. She started as a Commercial Administrator, where she developed a strong understanding of scheduling, systems, and how behind-the-scenes support connects directly to field operations. “That role gave me a real appreciation for how much coordination goes into keeping everything running smoothly,” she shares. From there, she expanded her experience across different divisions, including residential operations, before moving into her current role in the Training Department. “Working across different areas of the business has helped me understand security from every angle, from the field to the back office to training the next generation,” she says.
