"My journey with Paragon began in 2012," Paul Ferreira recalls, "when I walked in for an interview and was hired on the spot." Having worked for other security companies before, Paul expected more of the same, but Paragon offered something different. "From day one, I knew this was a place unlike any other. They offered Orientation Training: something no other security firm had ever provided me. That training lit a fire in me. I realized: this is my future. I wanted to become a trainer." His determination was unwavering. After three years of dedication and a promotion to Supervisor, Paul was finally given his first opportunity to serve as a trainer. "That moment was a dream realized," he says proudly. But even as the company downsized and he was reassigned to the field, Paul saw it as another chance to grow. "Becoming a site supervisor taught me lessons I still carry today." Four years later, the opportunity to return to training came again. "I seized it without hesitation," Paul says. Since then, he has found profound fulfillment in the role he always envisioned. "I love being able to refresh and create new materials for our training programs. Seeing new employees take their first steps during Orientation, knowing I'm helping shape their future and it's incredibly rewarding." Paul continues, "Teaching First Aid, preparing them for real-world scenarios, and giving them the tools to defend themselves, it's not just a job. Itβs a responsibility and an honor to play a role in ensuring the safety of others." π€ #Paragonsecurity #securityguards #paragonguards #trainers #paragontrainers
