You can tell a lot about a leadership group by the words that keep coming up. Yesterday, as we kicked off our Leadership Academy, one value stood out: Trust. Not as a buzzword. But as something people genuinely see as essential. Across different teams, roles, and leadership perspectives, it was striking to see how often the conversation returned to the same point. Because as we continue to grow, trust becomes even more important. In leadership. In collaboration. In culture. That is what made this start feel so strong. A big thank you to Karin Kradischnig and Evelyn Spreitzer for guiding the programme and supporting this journey with us.
