There’s something quite grounding about this. At ZHAW Zurich University of Applied Sciences, the ArtScience Collab has turned a former chicken shed into a working space for exchange between art and environmental science. Not a gallery, not a lab — something in between. Workshops, residencies, conversations… all happening in a setting that feels deliberately physical, local, and a bit rough around the edges. Which kind of makes sense when you’re dealing with topics like climate change, ecology, and resource scarcity. https://lnkd.in/e2FiGUYU It’s led by the Sustainability Communication and Environmental Education Research Group and the International Union of Natural Resources - IUNR research gardens, with collaborators including Monica Ursina Jaeger, Petra Bättig-Frey, Rahel Meier and Regula Treichler. Feels like a good reminder that not all science communication needs a screen or a polished output. Sometimes it’s about creating the conditions for people to think, make and question things together — in the same space, at the same time. #PaperToPublic #ScienceCommunication #ArtScience #Transdisciplinary #Sustainability #ClimateCommunication #ResearchImpact #PublicEngagement #CreativeMethods #KnowledgeExchange
