In the last few days we attended Career Day in Erba, an event that saw over a thousand students and many local businesses, creating an opportunity for a direct meeting between school and the working world.  Representing Paper Board Alliance were Melissa Frigerio from HR and Davide Fumagalli, young industrial controller who recently became part of our group. Together they spoke of our sector and shared experiences and programmes with the students - from the first approach into the working class world to the opportunities for growth in an industrial context. It was a useful occasion to have young people closer to the production world and let them interact directly with those who live it every day! #PBAGroup #PaperBoardAlliance #careerday
