Our best of the best traveled to Orlando, FL for our annual Upper Crust trip – an unforgettable week dedicated to recognizing our top performing Panera LLC General Managers, Operating Partners and Directors of Retail Operations. Throughout the week, the team celebrated their accomplishments from the past year, gained valuable insights from industry leaders, shared best practices with Panera leadership, and enjoyed fun excursions at Universal and Disney. Our Upper Crust winners continue to rise higher every year and have become leaders in bringing Panera RISE to life in our bakery-cafes while consistently exceeding expectations in delivering Panera Warmth to our guests.
