A small leak can stop your entire machine. But the real problem starts much earlier. In semiconductor equipment, leakage is rarely a single event. It develops over time, often unnoticed, until it suddenly forces a shutdown. That creates a familiar dilemma: 🤷♀️ Do you stop the tool too early? ❌ Or react too late? What’s changing now is how we think about leak detection. Instead of treating every leak the same, the focus shifts to distinguishing early-stage leakage from abnormal, safety-critical conditions. With approaches like two-stage leak detection, you can detect small leaks early, allow controlled intervention, and only stop the tool when it’s truly necessary. In other words: not just detecting liquid, but controlling the response of your system. Curious how this works in semiconductor equipment?
