Sales Support Intern (Time Critical Solution) Job Description: 1) Supporting Sales Globally for Time Critical Solutions a. Ensure customer service satisfaction and good relationships with all clients b. Monitor market conditions and product development c. Making sales call or meet up with potential / existing customers d. Follow up on sales activities and maintain records of sales activities e. Prepare sales reports on regular basis f. Participate in sales events as & when required 2) Supporting Operations Globally for Time Critical Solutions a. Handle Email/Phone Enquiries b. Submit Quotation c. Coordinate declaration of permits and local pick up arrangements d. Coordinate and update milestones until job completion 3) Routine standby support during night / weekends / Public Holidays Job Requirements: Preferably specialized in Logistics/Supply Chain or equivalent Familarity to European markets and/or Onboard Courier business will be advantageous Routine standby support during night / weekends / Public Holidays may be required Good verbal and written communication skills Travelling may be required
