Post by Pamela Arapi
Senior HR Business Partner @ Grant Thornton
As of this year, eight of our colleagues step into their new title: either as Partner or as Managing Director. 🏆 Magid B., Nele Pichal, Tim Dausy, Valérie Honnay, Lina De Ridder, Anthony Jopart, Michaël Schoonjans, Chantal Dupont But this post isn’t really about the title. It’s about everything that happened long before it appeared in an announcement. The choices made when no one was applauding. The moments of doubt, refocus, ambition, and growth that don’t fit neatly into a LinkedIn update. When a company truly develops its people from within, it quietly says three powerful things: 👉 We invest for the long term, not just the next role. 👉 Careers don’t have to be linear, but they should be intentional. 👉 Leadership is grown through trust and challenge. That's why working as HRBP matters to me because you get a front-row seat to these journeys. You don’t just see the milestones — you see what’s possible when growth is intentional, on both sides. Internal growth isn’t always the easiest path. But it’s often the most sustainable one. 🪴 🚀 Congratulations to all of you — not just on where you arrived, but on the road you chose to walk to get there. #PeopleGrowth #LeadershipJourney #GrantThorntonBelgium
