I'm also focused on supporting growth across our portfolio, embedding global best practice by inviting external advisors, value-added investors and commercial partners. Going global is important. How do you obtain a global mindset from Day 1? Your choice of a business model automatically defines your strategy of going global. There are no "none-global" mobile apps. So to put it simply, co-founders who were born and raised in one country now need to understand and build the needs of customers in the US and other important markets into their ideas and strategies.
