"The transition to post-quantum cryptography represents one of the most significant technology migrations businesses will face in the next several years. Once cryptographically relevant quantum computers become a reality, they will be able to break some of the public-key cryptography that is used to protect sensitive business data, secure communications, and verify digital identities. As a result, organizations will need to replace the cryptographic protections embedded across their applications, devices, networks, and critical business systems with quantum-resistant alternatives. That transition will take years, and it’s critical that organizations prioritize quantum readiness now. The challenge is, organizations cannot replace cryptography they cannot find. Visibility is the foundation of a successful post-quantum cryptography strategy. We’re heavily investing in innovations that help organizations identify where "breakable” cryptography is used within their technology, understand potential exposure, and prioritize migration to post-quantum cryptography before those risks become a reality. Recent policy developments, such as the recently released Executive Order on Securing the Nation Against Advanced Cryptographic Attacks, validates the urgency of organizations prioritizing quantum readiness today." - Rich Campagna, SVP Product Management, Palo Alto Networks Read the full Executive Order. https://bit.ly/4uOJbcV
