Our Western Queensland tour is underway, bringing palliative care education and connection to communities across the region. From Longreach to Blackall and Mount Isa, our facilitators have been sharing knowledge, listening to communities, and strengthening local approaches to palliative care through this education and training tour. In Mount Isa, local health and community professionals came together for Navigating the Journey training, showing the strength and commitment of regional Queensland communities to compassionate care close to home.
