As India assumes the BRICS Chairship for the fourth time in 2026 — under the theme "Building for Resilience, Innovation, Cooperation and Sustainability" — the stakes couldn't be higher. Can India shape the narrative? Can it catalyse a shift towards global cooperation, lasting peace, and sustainable development at a time of deep geopolitical uncertainty? These are the questions that brought together a select group of policymakers, industry practitioners, and thought leaders at the #IndiaBRICSDialogue — a closed-door, two-session convening held on April 8, 2026 at Juniper Hall, India Habitat Centre New Delhi. Organised in collaboration with The Secretariat, and supported by the*spark, the dialogue sought to go beyond rhetoric offering, evidence-based perspectives on India's strategic opportunity within BRICS. From India's role as the voice of the Global South, to trade architecture, financial cooperation, digital public infrastructure, and the imperatives of South-South collaboration the conversations were as rich as they were timely. We are grateful to all the participants, speakers, and partners who made this dialogue possible. 🎥 Missed the sessions?
