At defined intervals, samples are taken from each machine and inspected according to the product specifications. These checks verify that every box meets the required technical, functional and visual standards. Depending on the product our team checks: 🔷 𝗖𝗼𝗿𝗿𝘂𝗴𝗮𝘁𝗲𝗱 𝗯𝗼𝗮𝗿𝗱 𝗾𝘂𝗮𝗹𝗶𝘁𝘆: delamination, cracking and other visible defects 🔷 𝗗𝗶𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘀𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀: compliance with required size and tolerances 🔷 𝗖𝘂𝘁𝘁𝗶𝗻𝗴, 𝗰𝗿𝗲𝗮𝘀𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗽𝗲𝗿𝗳𝗼𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻: accuracy of outlines and functional parts 🔷 𝗙𝗼𝗹𝗱𝗶𝗻𝗴: correct folding, opening and assembly 🔷 𝗣𝗿𝗶𝗻𝘁𝗶𝗻𝗴: print quality and colour accuracy 🔷 𝗣𝗮𝗹𝗹𝗲𝘁𝗶𝘇𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝘀𝘁𝗿𝗮𝗽𝗽𝗶𝗻𝗴: stability and correct handling preparation Quality control isn’t just a final inspection.
