The PA Foundation is proud to work with Making The Leap (MTL) to help young people build confidence, raise aspirations and develop skills that open doors to future careers. Together, through MTL’s Believe To Achieve Programme, we’re making the world of work feel real for whole year groups in three London schools. Making The Leap empowers young people aged 11 to 25 from less‑advantaged backgrounds with the skills, confidence and outlook they need to succeed, while helping UK businesses take action on social mobility. Through hands‑on workshops, insight visits, and business challenge events, we’re giving students practical experiences that boost their readiness for work.
