The Ferentino development represents a milestone in P3’s growth in Italy. This statement perfectly captures the significance of the new logistics hub in Ferentino, developed and managed by P3 for Action retail chain rapidly expanding across Europe. The project was officially inaugurated on Friday, June 19, during an event organized by Action, bringing together partners and local stakeholders and marking an important step in strengthening logistics infrastructure in Central Italy. The asset, with a total area of over 68,000 sqm, is strategically located in one of the region’s key logistics hubs, offering direct access to the A1 motorway and strong connections to Rome and the rest of the country. 👉 A defining feature of the development is its strong focus on sustainability: the building has achieved BREEAM Outstanding certification (90.9%), one of the highest scores under this international standard. Key features include: ✅ fully gas-free building ✅ 4 MWp photovoltaic system ✅ LED lighting and advanced building management systems ✅ charging infrastructure for cars and e-trucks The project is the result of close collaboration between investor, developer, client, and the local area, delivering tangible impacts both in terms of infrastructure and local development. 🔭 A second phase of development is already planned, with an additional 70,000 sqm dedicated to modern, sustainable warehouse space.
