P3 Błonie welcomes two new tenants. 🎉 Two new lease agreements have been signed in building DC18: Esperanza — a leading Polish manufacturer and distributor of consumer electronics and IT accessories — will occupy 7,676 sqm, and Arka, a distributor of household chemicals and cosmetics, 3,571 sqm. Building DC18 is targeting BREEAM Excellent certification and features a reinforced roof structure for photovoltaic panels, energy-efficient LED lighting with DALI controls, and EV charging stations. Transactions were advised by Knight Frank and Triflow. Zbigniew Smyczyński was supervising projects on behalf of P3.
