Three weeks into a mission, a medical coordinator  receives a seismic alert — M6.1, 340 km from camp.  She needs to know:  → Who is on duty right now?  → Who is off-site?  → Are all team members reachable?  → What is the protocol at this alert level?  In most organizations, answering these four questions  requires four separate actions, four separate tools.  In a real emergency, that is four separate points  of failure.  Personnel accountability during a critical incident  is not a feature.
