This Broker Support role is the front line for our agents—helping with applications, RTS/readiness, benefit questions, eligibility lookups, and general day-to-day support. They also handle escalations and work closely with Member Services, Sales Ops, Commissions, and Onboarding to connect the dots and keep things moving.
