Excited to share that I have successfully passed the TM Forum Business Process Framework (eTOM) – Fundamentals Level certification! Over the past weeks, I’ve had the opportunity to deepen my understanding of business process standardization, process mapping, and framework-based analysis within the telecom domain. Through this journey, I’ve learned: - How eTOM supports structured business operations and service management - The importance of process alignment, governance, and responsibility allocation (RACI) - How to apply eTOM in use-case identification, project scoping, and performance analysis This certification helped me appreciate how global standards like eTOM enable efficiency, transparency, and interoperability across the telecom ecosystem.
