🌍 Highlights from the MBA Trek to Amsterdam and Berlin, a 5-day journey designed and led by MBA students to explore innovation, industry trends, and the unique working cultures across two dynamic regions. 🏢 Throughout the trek, students engaged with an incredible line-up of organisations: 📍 Amsterdam: Fashion for Good, Databricks, ING, Philips 📍 Berlin: CIC (Cambridge Innovation Center), Zalando, LIQID Their goal was simple yet impactful, to gain first-hand insights into how leading companies are shaping the future across sectors, from sustainable fashion and fintech to data, healthcare, and venture ecosystems. Each visit offered a deeper understanding of cutting-edge advancements, strategic thinking, and how organisations operate within their local and global contexts. 🤝 Beyond company visits, students connected with alumni in both cities providing valuable perspectives on career paths, regional opportunities, and the realities of working in Europe’s innovation hubs. 💡 This trek was driven by curiosity and a shared desire to learn - not just about industries, but the people, cultures, and ideas that power them. Special thanks to our students Miyu Tone, Katia Maria de Souza and Shrusti Kothari for organising this trek with support from the Careers Team members Madeleine Paler, Becki Botham, Sean Thomey and James Nugent. #SBSOxford #MBAAmsterdamBerlinTrek #Networking #FutureOfWork
