šŸ“ˆ In a world being reshaped by AI…the evidence is increasingly clear: human skills - such as judgement, empathy, collaboration, adaptability and ethical leadership - are becoming even more important. So Oxford SaĆÆd has launched a new business school programme with a difference. Led by Caroline Gel, Head of MBA Talent Development, the Human Leadership Development programme is aimed at developing students’ human skills to equip them for the world of work. Sessions are led by expert trainers, coaches - and even a stand-up comedian. They are proving extremely popular, with one third of the 300-strong MBA cohort signing up for classes as diverse as Having Difficult Conversations, Impactful Storytelling, Effective Stakeholder Management and the Generational Success Lab. This summer, many such as Blessing Abeng šŸŒ” (pictured receiving her certificate) and Eleonora Saravalle will ā€˜graduate’ with a certificate in Human Leadership.
