💸 Does earning more make us happier; and if so, why? 📈 A new study in Nature Communications, co-authored by Oxford Saïd's Jan-Emmanuel De Neve, analysed data from over 90,000 people across 109 countries. It finds that our position in the income hierarchy is a stronger predictor of wellbeing than income itself. 💡 But context matters.
