In this video Prof. S. Kunsch performs a step-by-step ESD+ procedure in the sigma using the AWC®duo – from lesion marking and submucosal injection to circumferential incision and controlled dissection, concluding with a clean final cut. The AWC®duo adds an extra working channel (∅ 3.5 mm) to a conventional single-channel endoscope, enabling bimanual working and triangulation. A HF knife and grasper can be used simultaneously for continuous traction and precise submucosal dissection.
