I am proud to have participated as part of the Delegation of Denmark in the 11th International Strategic Crisis Negotiation Exercise #ISCNE, joining students from New York University and Columbia University in a high-level crisis simulation hosted by the The United States Army War College at the NYU SPS Center for Global Affairs. The exercise focused on the Arctic crisis scenario, with delegations from #Norway🇳🇴, #Finland🇫🇮, #Denmark🇩🇰 , #Russia🇷🇺, #China🇨🇳, #Canada🇨🇦, and the #US 🇺🇸. Numerous bilateral and multilateral agreements were signed to address the broader regional challenges in the Arctic, including security dynamics, environmental considerations, and geopolitical competition📜. A sincere thank you to Ed "Cliffy" Zukowski and The United States Army War College for their collaboration and support in making this exercise possible. Experiences like this provide invaluable opportunities to bridge academic learning with real-world policy and crisis decision-making. Thank you as well to Kai Skvarla, CEO of Davie Defense, for speaking with us and connecting the Arctic scenario to real-world defense innovation and emerging operational challenges in the region. Grateful for the opportunity to take part in such a dynamic and impactful learning experience. #InternationalRelations #Arctic #Diplomacy #CrisisNegotiation #SecurityStudies #NYU
