The future of work is not decided by technology - but by culture. This was a common understanding throughout the #CDX26. With 633 registrations from approximately 360 organizations inside and outside the Otto Group, the Corporate Development Experience brought together people who want to actively shape the future. Together they discussed how performance, leadership, and collaboration can succeed in times of AI. Whether in the morning keynote with Petra Scharner-Wolff and Katy Roewer, in the Science Lunch with Prof. Dr. Bertolt Meyer, or in the numerous Community Sessions: it became clear again and again that sustainable performance arises where technology, responsibility, trust, and collaboration interact. Many thanks to all speakers, participants, and co-creators for the open exchange, the honest insights, and the many impulses. But, the discussion about which culture the future needs does not end with a conference day. It continues - in our teams, projects, and organizations.
