Late last week, all of the Osmoflo offices around the world paused and gathered to commemorate International Women's Day, celebrating the social, economic, cultural, and political achievements of women. Stories were shared, activities were completed, and great discussions about how we can all help forge gender equality took place. Furthermore, a number of female staff attended the Business Chicks Australia Breakfast in Adelaide, a day filled with stories — inspiring, moving, and deeply powerful — from extraordinary women including former Prime Minister of New Zealand, Hon. Dame Jacinda Ardern. Osmoflo are proud to support not only the women of our organisation, but all women through this years' theme of #GivetoGain, emphasizing the power of reciprocity and support. When people, organizations, and communities give generously, opportunities and support for women increase. Giving is not a subtraction, it's intentional multiplication.
