Every Human Who Has Traveled to Space, Documented in One Archive Human spaceflight history is often told through missions, vehicles, and milestones. But behind every launch is a person, and until now, there has not been one comprehensive archive designed to document them all. Join OSMED’s July Journal Club for a public discussion on the creation, initial data, and future development of the Astronaut and Spaceflight Participant Archive, or ASPA. Hosted by Katharyn Louise Flickinger MS PhD, MS, PhD, the session will feature Robert N., Robert J. Reynolds, PhD PStat®, MS, MPH, PhD, and Farhan Asif. The presenters will explore how ASPA was built, what the early data reveals, and how the archive could support future research in human spaceflight, space medicine, and epidemiology. Attendees will also receive a first look at the OSMED Repository, a developing resource normally available exclusively to OSMED members.
